Finally, I have a new laptop! (Dance a little jig! Dance a little jig!) And I believe that I'm almost ready to start posting my multi chapter story 'The Trouble With Drakes'. The problem was that I don't write one chapter and that's it, move on to the next one. I write a chapter and, four chapters later, I'm struck with an inspiration for something that really needs to be in the first chapter. I end up bouncing all over the place. But in the end the story ends up better for it.

Well, I'm about to go to a baby shower, but I'd rather be writing. I have a date tonight, but I don't know how that will go. He has some strange ideas about relationships. Mister grabby hands might find himself in trouble. I won't go into details, but suffice it to say that he would have made a great caveman.

As for my Harry/Bob stories, I finish one and three more ideas pop into my head. My multi-chapter one is coming along nicely. I hope to be finished with it before Christmas. Well, I guess I'd better go make nice with the 'momma to be'. Bye for now.

Well, I spent most of Saturday and Sunday writing my Harry/Bob stories. I got a lot done. I even posted one on Saturday. But I need more hours in the day. I get up, go to work, come home, fire up the computer, and start writing. I write for an hour of two, go to bed, and start the process all over again. There's nothing to do in this town. There's hardly anything on TV worth watching, because, let's face it the networks are run by idiots. I read a lot, but my favorite authors can't keep up with me. So now I'm writing, and... I've never been happier. Go figure.

I want to thank everyone whose read and commented on my stories. If anyone has any ideas or challenges for me that they'd like to see developed into a story, I welcome the challenge. I seem to always have 3 or 4 story lines going on in my head (the product of having a completely boring job) but I always have room for more.

Ooohh! It's so frustrating. The libraray limits me to two hours a day. I usually only get there once a week. I'm dying here.
